 Important Considerations:
  • Legal Counsel: This draft is not a substitute for legal advice. You must consult with an attorney specializing in internet law and CSAE to ensure your policy is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Laws vary by jurisdiction.
  • NCMEC Reporting: Familiarize yourself with the reporting requirements to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
  • Training: Provide training to your staff on how to identify and respond to CSAE.
  • Technology: Invest in technology that can help detect and prevent the spread of CSAM.
  • Transparency: Be transparent with your users about your commitment to preventing CSAE.

This is a critical issue. Please take the necessary steps to protect children and ensure your platform is safe. Again, this is a starting point and legal review is mandatory.
