Fulfillment Policy

Loosid App LLCprovides an online service platform where customers access our software via monthly or annual subscription. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment of services when using Stripe as the payment method on our platform. By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with this Fulfillment Policy.

 

Service Access:

  • Account Creation: New users will create their account using our App.
  • Immediate Access: After account creation and following successful subscription purchase, customers will be able to access the App platform.
  • Subscription Management: Customers can manage their subscription, including bill pay and more, through their customer portal, accessible from their dashboard.
  • Communication: For any payment or accounting inquiries, please contact support@loosidapp.com

Refunds:

  • No Refunds on Subscription Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refund Exceptions: Loosid App LLCmay provide a subscription price refund if:
  • There was an error in your billing; or
  • The Application does not function properly due to gross negligence.

Cancellation and Termination Policy:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by Using “Manage your Subscription” then “Cancel Subscription” in our Dashboard. Upon cancellation:
    • You will not receive a refund for the billing period during which you cancel your subscription; and
    • You will continue to have access to your subscription and receive updates until the subscription termination date.
  • Termination by Loosid App LLC: Loosid App LLCreserves the right to terminate your subscription immediately and without prior notice if:
    • You breach any terms of the EULA or BAA;
    • Loosid App LLCdecides to discontinue support for the Application;
    • Loosid App LLCsuspects an infringement of intellectual property rights; or
    • Loosid App LLCceases operations or is otherwise unable to continue providing the service.

Currency Information:

  • All transactions on Loosid App LLCare conducted in USD (United States Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), This is dependent on the client’s location.
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by Stripe’s payment system.

Customer Support:

  • Support Channels: If you encounter any issues with your subscription or require assistance, please reach out to our customer support team via:Email: support@loosidapp.com

Security and Privacy:

  • Loosid App LLCprioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe.
  • All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe’s payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Geographic Restrictions:

  • Service Availability: Our platform is currently accessible only to customers located in the United States and Canada.

Updates:

  • Automatic Updates: The Application will automatically download and install all available updates.
  • Feature Changes: Updates may modify or delete certain features and functionality. Loosid App LLC reserves the right to provide or discontinue features or functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

No Warranty: The Application is provided “as is” and with all faults. Loosid App LLCexpressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability:

No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loosid App LLCand its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as expressed in our Privacy Policy and Business Associate Agreement.

By using Loosid App LLCand making payments through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. Loosid App LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
